Patient Amen Daniel Workiye, 3 years old had complex congenital heart defect. The tricuspid valve was not formed and the right sided heart was smaller than the normal with narrow lung arteries. This was associated with severe blueness and shortness of breath. In order to relieve the blueness the patient underwent a B/D Glemn+ PA plasty + MPA ligation in preparation for a FONTAN procedure.
